If you wish to return a product, kindly send an email to therandolphgreens@gmail.com along with your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning the item. The shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from that amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will depend on your location. If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
